Shoes for wide feet

Can anyone recommend shoes brands that are both suitable for wide feet and stylish?

I often find that brands such as Dune, who do wide fit options, are not actually that wide.

Sadly, I was born with a high arch and spade feet. Just had to return some 'wide fit' mules to M&S as they weren't quite wide enough. Thanks!

I have very wide feet. I don't think they're the most stylish, but I buy a lot from Hotter. They are reliably comfy.
I've had some wide fit from Joe Browns.
I keep getting adverts for Sargasso and Grey, but they're pricey.

What @GreyDuck said.

Fitflop are also good. They have a discount on their website for new customers, and John Lewis have a selection if you want to try them on.

Usually shoes labelled as "wide fit" are mostly only wide in the mid foot but not in the toe box. I got into barefoot shoes a few years back because nothing was quite wide enough for my feet and my poor toes were always squished. It's a whole new world and my feet are thankful for it!

I have very wide feet and find that many wide fit shoes are still too narrow. I get

  • cheap flats from New Look wide fit
  • shoes for work from Van Dall
  • brook wide fit trainers
  • fit flip sandals.

I'm like you with v high arch & feet like a trowel...fit flop are lovely & comfy

It's got to be barefoot shoes .. vivobarefoot have actually started to straighten my poor crushed outer two hammer toes. I do put arch supports in them, you're not supposed to but I need them..
I regret many years of pretty but uncomfortable footwear!.I also wear regular fit Birkenstocks which help with the high arches as they have support. That's my life now .. barefoots and birks 😅 nothing else is palatable now.

I quite like the Calla trainers. They're quite expensive though.

Oh and for some strange reason JDWilliams do really wide fit shoes, lots of brands, often v cheap!

Next have wide fitting in some shoes. Also agree fitflop can be good.
I'm now at an age to like Pavers wide fit and stretchy sandals and they're really comfortable.
