If you're like me and have lots of the costume type that you change with outfits.

Mine are all jumbled up in a fairly large jewellery box and I can never find a pair..

Tool box that has slots to have changeable sizes of container within the box.

EBearhug · 27/04/2024 12:17

Although I have considered cutting off one ear to deal with the single earring problem, where I have lost of the pair...

Ice cube tray.

Lifestooshort71 · 27/04/2024 15:03

I keep mine in a plastic fly fishing thing with a hinged lid

Rocknrollstar · 27/04/2024 15:04

I have a tiered jewellery box and two tiers have small sections for earrings.

Bigearringsbigsmile · 27/04/2024 15:07

I have a hanging rack thing..
It stands on a wooden base and is white metal with holes in and they hang through the holes.
It's really good

Stackers jewellery box, you just pick the trays you want.

I love mine. I have the travel one too.

xSideshowAuntSallyx · 27/04/2024 15:32

I have a Stackers jewellery box, need another tray or two now but it takes up so little space. I had a massive one before and it lived on the floor as it was too big.

MikeRafone · 27/04/2024 15:35

I use a pill box for smaller earrings

MonstrousSunflowers · 27/04/2024 15:36

I use a good old Ferrero Rocher tray, its traditional in my family

muddyford · 27/04/2024 15:47

I bought bead storage boxes on Amazon. Each space holds one or two pairs. Each space has a separate hinged lid. Five spaces are joined together. Then one large lid over the whole thing. I inherited my aunt's collection, about 150 pairs!

Houseplanter · 27/04/2024 16:05

Oh some great ideas! Thank you.

I've been to Hobbycraft and bought their small craft boxes (currently 3 for 2) and they will stack perfectly in the space I have for them. All nicely separated and with a clear lid.

Perfect!

I use something similar from Amazon that was advertised as being for craft supplies. It has about 24 compartments

Oblomov24 · 27/04/2024 17:15

I am looking for one. Even the stacker one I'm not sure is for me.

fleur89 · 27/04/2024 18:13

I use a cufflink organiser box 😆

Oblomov24 · 28/04/2024 09:09

Mine are currently in a small round klip-it box, sadly the ones we used to send toddlers to school with grapes. 🍇 I thought I can't have this, I need something proper, something luxurious.
Even many pp's have linked seem either grandads fishing, or plastic and a bit cheap looking, no better than my current bad old grape pot!

That's not what a want. I want something small, but luxurious. Expensive. Plus I have the problem of different sized earrings, I have many small daily studs, a few medium sized pairs, but most of my 'going-out' pairs are big silver hoops, or massive earrings on purpose to glam an outfit up. So I need a divider in the soft material tray that accounts for this.

Any suggestions please?

RaraRachael · 28/04/2024 13:26

Sorry @Oblomov24 my earring collection is not worthy of expensive or luxurious storage

Oblomov24 · 28/04/2024 13:50

@RaraRachael
Surely you can see the irony that I too have mine currently stored in a very old grape pot, but want something more luxurious?

Iloveyoubut · 28/04/2024 14:01

I have 2 really long thick black velvet ribbons inside the door my my clothes cupboard thingy (not a walk in closet just a big bedroom cupboard) and I hang them through that from top to bottom in pairs. I love my system! It reminds me of Razzle Dazzle for anyone old enough to remember. Previously I had a padded big notice board inside the cupboard door with sewing pins stuck in it and I hung the pairs of earrings on that… again Razxle Dazxle … I miss that shop so much!

RaraRachael · 28/04/2024 14:06

@Oblomov24 sorry I was trying to be funny. Obviously I failed

Oblomov24 · 28/04/2024 14:27

Fair enough! Grin
