Black Tie dinner, want to dress up. Arms (and back and front and legs tbh) in terrible state with eczema. What to do?

I have never shopped online - ideas for actual shops also appreciated.

For black tie I like their plainer dresses, you can have lovely jewellery and focus on feeling great about your makeup.

I second Goddiva - a lot of their dresses are heavy jersey which hangs really nicely. They are very flattering and they have good cuts for a decent bust/hips.
