Dress me for the races please!

Please help. Off to the races May bank holiday weekend, in the Roux restaurant and having a total meltdown about what to wear. Happy to start from scratch with everything.

I'm 5ft 7, size 8, pale skin, dark reddish hair. Absolutely zero self confidence in the way I look. Would prefer a dress over a jumpsuit/trousers. I'm 38 and feel like I've lost all sense of who I am and what suits me, mostly live in jeans and hoodies nowadays. Please hit me with your suggestions! Top end budget about £300

The Whistles dress is nice but I found it feels a bit stiff and shiny.

Ah, the races here would mean a 10k or marathon! Lululemon all the way.
