Finisterre- worth the money?

I am stalked round Instagram by ads for Finisterre and I really like the look of their stuff. It’s not cheap though- has anyone tried this brand? What do you think of the quality?

Thank you.

It's my favourite brand of all time, the clothes are high quality and worth the cost in my opinion

mumonthehill · 20/04/2024 19:55

You sometimes find it cheaper on Sports Pursuit.

Almahart · 20/04/2024 19:55

I think it is, yes

thedevilinablackdress · 20/04/2024 20:01

Yes, good quality. I usually wait for sales unless it's something I genuinely need.

Thanks everyone. Have ordered a top so shall see what it’s like. I like how much info they give about suppliers.

It used to be good quality but it has deteriorated since they have grown. It’s still not always bad but you do often get things like colours that run together after washing or fabrics that throw a a lot of fluff with wear.

I like Finisterre as do my 3children,between us we have a lot of their products.I love their jumpers, never had colours run,I am careful how I wash them.

My dh swears by it and will barely buy anything else. I’m not keen on the styles but the quality is good.

I washed it exactly according to the instructions. So I hope that counts as carefully?

My current favourite ever jumper is from there. Bought in the sale and have worn virtually every day since November. Hasn't bobbled at all and is 100% wool. Partner's cotton long sleeved tops did shrink a bit.

AlannaOfTrebond · 21/04/2024 11:02

Yep, totally worth it - I've been wearing their stuff for years.

It's not cheap so I only buy one or two pieces a year but they last forever.

TeamPolin · 21/04/2024 11:08

I bought my husband a beautiful jumper from there. 3 years old now and still washing/wearing well.
