Just want to see your real polene Dix bags in textured black! I bought it second hand but paid alot for it still. All the trimming and hardware looks genuine but the leather seem a little light and plastic like when I tap it!
What do you think?

I'm no Polene expert but it definitely gives inauthentic vibes. Your curved side bits where the strap is wrapped around look much thinner than on the authentic. If you've got the patience to sit through auto translation subtitles, the video below does a really good comparison of a fake Vs the real Polene dix by two Japanese leather craftsmen.

Thanks for this, I watched on mute and still kinda got it! Problem is their fake is an obvious fake ( to me anyway) but my bag is actually made really well, perfectly cut and stitched it’s just the leather and stiffness is making me doubt.
