Something like this, or does it have to be an actual flip flop?

JackieNo · 31/03/2008 21:33

(are we talking elegant, or going to the beach?)

hennipenni · 31/03/2008 21:33

Thanks jackie, it doesn't have to be a flip flop but needs to be suitable to wear at weddings, parties and for the evenings on holiday.

Ah, so more elegant then .

Yes, I'm usually a boots/trainers sort of girl, so I don't have much of an idea

But flat, or a bit of a heel? Dune has some pretty ones - but a strange scroll bar along the bottom of the page to see them all.

hennipenni · 31/03/2008 21:41

Bit of a heel I think, those in the dune link look a little too flat, I'm terrible when it comes to shoe shopping, I hate it

oasis do a lovely plain black leather flip flop which is practical for holidays etc. I wore mine with cream trousers to MIL wedding and everyone commented how they would never have thought of wearing flip flops but it looked stylish.I wear with my maxi dresses on holidays.
I think flats looked great especially if you cant walk in heels.
