Which wide leg trousers (stoma related)?

Hi, I have heard good things on here about the M&S wide leg joggers, but there are a couple of options and I'm not sure which to pick. For info, I am 5'7", a skinny size 12, but I recently had to have a stoma so my belly is one big hernia and I look about 6 months pregnant. I have some support pants which pull everything in (prescribed), but I do need them to be high waisted and comfortable.

Should I go for these or these?

Any advice much appreciated - thanks!

Anyone bought either pair?

I had the first ones (non-drawstring) and hated the fabric. I thought 30% polyester would be OK but found it plasticky and sweaty. I also found them an odd fit - to get the right size around the waist, they were difficult to pull on. Wouldn't recommend.

The second pair look a better fibre content and a more forgiving fit with the drawstring.
