47skin cleanser to begin with but if severe then 47skin intensive serum.
this was a miracle for my daughter and the family bought it as presents - BUT
it’s expensive and
didn’t help a niece also suffering .
best of luck !

I use Pai, their Lightwork cleanser and Middlemist, Anthemis moisturiser, Instant Kalmer serum are all fantastic and soothing. I try and buy the bundles so it’s a bit cheaper but I do find it expensive unfortunately. Every time I try something else though, my skin becomes sore and unhappy and I always regret switching so go back.

I use Lush’s Ultrabland cleanser.

La Roche Posay do a range for people with rosacea, as do Avene.
Rose Gallagher is a rosacea sufferer is on Instagram and also currently doing a Q+A for MN- I saw the thread yesterday. I don't know if she was asked about skincare or just makeup. I'll see if I can see the thread.

CeraVe is excellent as is the new Aveeno Calm and Restore range.

Forgot to say I use moisturiser from La Roche Posay. I also love Dear Klairs Midnight Blue Calming Cream.

My dermatologist recommends La Roche Posay for my rosacea.

I had laser treatment - £200
It made a big difference and got rid of the thread veins appearing by my nose too.
Still get red but a more gentle blush than hot red. I have used factor 45 (murad pore reducing moisturiser) for a long time and this also helps.

That's interesting about laser - does it help with the random spots that appear? Or just for the actual skin complexion?

Yes it has done, I get one or two but not such an obvious flare up and not so often.
