Dress needed - good sites?

Hi all!
posting on behalf of my non-MN sister! Shes a size 12-14 and looking for a knee-length dress for a good friend's wedding (she is also 5ft 2.5").
Can anyone recommend a good site to look on? Reasonably priced?

I'd lend her one of my 18-20 ones but cant see her going for it?!
