Best moisturiser

Ok I know it has been done to death but help me please.
I currently use the Clarins Water purify cucumber cleanser with a cotton wool ball.
I fancy a change as I am not sure it is really doing anything for me.
I have combination sensitive skin (not a great start) and I need it to be easy to use or I won't bother. Happy with a rinse off I can do in the shower or one that can be done with cotton wool balls.
I like the Simple wipes but they are as expensive as the Clarins when I worked it out and so think I should get more for my money....

Did you mean cleanser rather than moisturiser?-if yes I rate (along with many other MNetters) Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish or Lush Ultra Balm (cheaper). Both rinse off.

Oh dear, great start . Perhaps I might get some more sensible responses if I reposted, thank you.
