Spa treatments whilst you have your period?

What's the done thing when you have your period? I want to book in for a dry floatation treatment wrap thingy, but just realised I will probably have my period on that day. Am I going to be asked to go butt naked, or do I keep my undies on? Does it matter if I'm on the blob?

I think most treatments are done with pants on, although not sure about wrap things. Either way, I can't see that your period would be relevant though as long as you are using tampons/mooncup.
