Any ideas what I should wear? All the women I saw were wearing bra tops and leggings but I don't think I can pull that off! Plus I was baking....

I'm a size 14/16. I wear cotton hareem pants (£10 from a market). A sports bra and string vest in the winter I couple with a short soft cotton wrap around cardigan from Seasalt sale last year. I love how they flow with the movements.
But try not to worry - I doubt anyone is watching and if they are stuff em... bad karma and all that - enjoy.

Oh I also have a couple of lululemon outfits but find the hareem pants more suited to yoga xx

@BotDranning thank you! Are these good for hot yoga though?

I used to wear loose-cut shorts and a fairly covering sports bra, which is more flattering than you might think. Wear a t-shirt if you want, but it is so hot and miserable that really no one is going to care about what you are wearing so no need to worry about pulling it off.

@Sputapor could you link to some loose cut shorts?

I’m a size 16/34H and do hot yoga. I just wear leggings (Adanola), sports bra (Amazon) and cropped vest (Amazon)... I usually have too much sweat dripping down my face to worry what anyone else is wearing, and so figured everyone else was probably the same and just started wearing what was comfortable and kept me cool!

I have these ones: https://www.tikiboo.co.uk/products/dragonflies-loose-fit-workout-shorts
They are very comfortable and don't ride up too short on me.

I have some others that I really like, with a sort of wider flatish waistband which is a bit more flattering, but they are quite old and I can't remember where they came from - a bit like this though:

Best to avoid running shorts with zip pockets on the back for yoga, as it is a bit uncomfortable for lying down poses

Dragonflies Loose Fit Workout Shorts

Loose and floaty yet supportive, these shorts boast athletic quality with dainty dragonflies that shine bright Great for: gym sessions, running, CrossFit, team sport and walking You'll love: the zipped pockets, discreet internal knickers and print that...
