Would you risk shopping at Matches now?

Hello!
I have seen an item I have wanted for ages on sale (70% off!) at matches but feel unsure after the reports of them refusing returns etc. I used to use them a fair bit but that was over a year ago.

What do you think?

What's the likelihood of a return being necessary? Is it a bag for example or clothes that may not fit?
If it was for example a bag I would possibly do it on a credit card.

Aren’t you protected by distance selling regulations? I’d risk it and put on credit card for added protection.

I believe returns are now ok - it's the pre administration ones (ie before 8th March) which were the problem. The administrators are now running the business and it should be business as usual. There's more info on the website

The administrators (Teneo) are well known/reputable so it shouldn't be an issue.

I'd say unlikely to return but whilst I have had a great experience with Matches I have ordered 2x from Flannels and both times were terrible. They sent a coat with an electronic tag left in it and I had to pay to return it to get it removed, and the second time they sent a soiled item and then said I had worn it, so I am concerned.

Has anyone ordered from Matches and managed to obtain a receipt after 8th March i.e. since they have been in administration and after the appointment of Teneo?

I have a dress from Matches that I really like and I'd like to buy the same style in cotton rather than silk but am worried that it will be too tight on my boobs and will need to be returned.
