I am so hot in the ones provided by work. I'm happy to pay whatever, just to be comfortable. I'm looking for scrub sets and dresses that are thin. Thank you 🙏 X

Good luck with that

Im so not being mean to belittle you, Im post menopause and was a chef so totally get it

Unfortunately PPE isn't made for us so for me it was all about reducing the symptoms ( and yes Ive puked on the floor mid shift due to the heat )

Work on reducing the hot flushes ( bastard things ) for me it was walking, at least a mile . preferably two a day,

Previously to me going through it, the only "experience" i had of the physical was seeing one person flush and she did make a big deal out of it, and I do respect that not one persons experience is another's

My trust provides special menopause uniforms which are great. I think they are by Alexandria

So FIGS are supposed to be lovely scrubs but I'm not sure how thin they are? They're a poly blend though www.wearfigs.com/pages/women-home

Koi have some with panels in but again are poly www.happythreads.co.uk/women/tops/solid/4116/koi-lite-serenity-top

Alternatively maybe just buy a size up so you have a bit of air flow?

Aww, thanks so much for your helpful suggestions. I've just had a hysterectomy, so it is pretty brutal at the moment x
