Irregular Choice shoes, how do the sizes come up?

I want to buy these but I ma just wondering how the sizes come up on IC shoes as I am usually a 6 but occasionally a 5 and not sure which size to get.

Ive been eyeing up those shoes too Im a size 6 and all my IC shoes are a really good fit in that size, and I usually have a nightmare trying to find shoes that my feet are happy with
