Oh heck I'm sorry this is no help but I looked at the link and now I need that outfit for my one year old DGD, it's adorable! I checked Vinted and can't find any for either of us, sadly

Strangely enough on the Next European site size 2-3yr old is available. I'm not sure if it's the same warehouse as the UK but it might be worth contacting CS?
