Foundation that will stay on all day that isn't double wear

I've been using EL double wear for the last few years and I normally love the coverage, however, the last few months I'm finding it too heavy on my skin and it's making my fine lines really obvious and looks very cakey.

I have combination, sensitive skin, it can get quite red and sometimes very oily, sometime dry, occasionally get blemishes but not as often now.

I've also tried so many different moisturisers and primers etc.. and every single time the foundation runs off my face. So ideally need a foundation that stays put without any other products, hence why double wear was so good.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I've looked at a lot of different ones online and the reviews vary so much.

I’ve got a clarins bb cream that’s good. I’ve just started wearing DW in the evening and the clarins for work and it gives a natural coverage not too matte

I switched from doublewear to erborian bb. I absolutely love it. It builds well. I am also liking danessa myricks blurring balm.
Proper foundation recommendation though would be tarte amazonian clay.

I had Clinique Even Better Clinical put on me yesterday. Was too much for me, but looked great on the sales assistant still at 5pm. I went for the standard Even Better as the coverage is a step down. It's all fragrance free which is a huge plus for me.

I moved from EL to nars radiant longwear and its the best foundation I've ever re used

I know it's frowned upon to fall for insta!/tik tok adverts but I tried the lanera foundation out of curiosity..... It doesn't budge and is great coverage.

I like Laura Marcia’s Real flawless Foundation, gives a natural long lasting finish . My complexion sounds very like yours . Really recommend it .

Laura Mercier !

This ^^

It's full cover and very hard to shift!

It's a bit too matte for me but I'm almost at the end of the bottle.
It's promoted as 'satin matte' but the satin finish dries down very fast.

It does last all day and takes me 3 cleanses to remove it at night!

Chanel ultra Le teint... I'm 51.... never worn foundation...but menopause is causing me problems... have had lots of samples from various counters and this is the only one that does.not give me huge pores and lasts all day... expensive but worth it
