Anti-aging for an almost 40yo newbie

Hello
I'm turning 39 in a few months and I can feel the quality of my skin has changed. I've never had any anti-aging treatment or procedure, I don't even use anti-aging cream. My skincare routine is just a simple moisturiser in the morning.
Where could I start? What treatment/procedure I could do that wouldn't be too invasive?
Thanks!

Cleanser
A vitamin C in the morning
Any moisturizer
SPF 50 always
A retinoid in the evening.

That's all skin 'needs'.

Nadine Baggott has some great videos explaining the 5 products above, and separate ones a out vitamin C's and retinoids.

You'll see a difference just with those products. Start the C and retinoids slowly and build up over time
