Concealer and foundation that looks like skin- for a man

A friend of mine has vitiligo and lost most of pigment in his face. He's looking for concealer to mask redness on the depigmented skin. He really does not want to look like he is wearing makeup. Do you have any recommendations? His skin is dry and sensitive.

There are green tinted moisturisers & cc creams that might help without looking too 'made up', if he just wants to tone down redness. Eborian & Dr jart both good
