I will be due to get a balayage in April and I am looking forward to it. I have ashy brown hair and I am looking for a vivid colour to be blended into my hair from the mids and ends of my hair. I will more than likely need a bleach to lighten my hair.
I never had bleach before.
I have fine hair especially towards the ends. It looks much better now than before because I was using a hair mask after every wash over the winter and I think that helped strengthen my hair. It still looks very fine to me especially towards the ends of my hair.
Is there and prepping that I have to do before the balayage/ bleach in my hair?
Should I use a home bond treatment at home to help strengthen my hair?
I don't want to loose much length on my hair. It is currently at armpit length.
