Baby shower outfit?

Going to a baby shower for a baby girl in mid April. I'm totally not sure what to wear at all!!! It's afternoon tea at a relatively fancy restaurant, I'm thinking some form of dress with black heels and a black bag, but I don't know if this is okay??

I only really have black heels, and I rarely wear heels so don't really want to buy any!
