Every day t shirts that wash well

Where can I get quality plain t shirts just for pottering about in but actually wash well and don't go out of shape. Had some GAP ones but had to bin after a few washes. Nothing seems good quality any more!

I did a thread about good quality T-shirts last year. Cos was mentioned a lot, but I didn’t buy any. Perhaps others did and can comment?

I just pick up from Primark these days - 4 for a tenner or there abouts and they wash and fit well. At the end of the day its not a lot of money and if they do go out of shape ( which I havent seen happen ) they become cleaning cloths

DH has t shirts from Polo and they twist out of shape when washed , nightmare reshaping them

Urban classics ones on Amazon - 100% cotton, not see through, wash really well, don't go out of shape and lots of different colours to choose from.

I like these cap sleeve ones from Next.

Agreed. I have 7 of these in different colours. My absolute favourite, washes well, sturdy etc.

Morrisons of all places! Spilt something down me whilst out a couple of years ago and it was either Morrisons or home! Was amazed at how well it fitted for £5 and washed without fading or stretching. I’ve since purchased several more.

I second Uniqlo, you can wash and wash and honestly they do not budge. Amazing quality

Randomly I bought dd2 an emergency pe t shirt from the ladies section in Morrisons last year. I marvel how nice it still looks for £5! And it's treated with no care whatsoever but pristine and woman shape as opposed to boxy and the fabric is quite stretchy with a thicker stitched crew neck. It's really good quality much nicer than the next t shirts I have which are like dish rags now.

Another vote for Primark - I have bought them from there for years and especially the long sleeved ones which have stretch. Always go a size up as they can be a bit small but great value and wash well.

I have Primark T Shirts that are over 10 years old. Wash and wear lovely!

Following with interest as I'm on the hunt for everyday tops too. Those next ones look great and a decent price

Uniqlo t-shirts are fab. Excellent fit and wash really well.

Cos white tee may cost a bit more but keeps its shape and lasts for years.
