New hair cut (with photo)

I'm changing my hair. The fuscia was fun* but as the picture shows, it fades in no time. I'm going auburn/reddy/brown.

I'm really stuck on a cut. My fringe is to the bottom of my nose now. I also need several inches cutting off.

My hair gets kind of flicky when short. It frizzes very easily. The best haircut I ever had was a cross between Natasha K and a young Mandy Moore. I loved that hairstyle because my hair just sort of did it anyway. I don't want anything I need to fuss over every day or anything that looks too try hard.

Anything shorter than mid neck draws attention to my wobbly jaw and jowls (not too visible in the photo). I wear glasses every day.

So stylish ladies... any suggestions? And no, my hairdresser won't make any suggestions but I've never found one that will really.

*if you're rolling your eyes at an adult hairstyle described as "fun" then carry on. I'm 47 and for the first time EVER in my life I have been able to have my hair any colour or style of my choosing so I have HAVE had fun. It's now mostly out of my system and my hair is thankful! 😆

@Laalaland are they just layered bobs so just what I have but shorter? I'm rubbish with hair! 🤣 I do like them though. Thanks.

@RicePuddingWithCinnamon I tried a few but tbh I'm over the pink now. It takes so long to do because my hair needs ro be lightened. Plus it's not doing my hair any favours. My ends are very over-processes and a bit crunchy. 🤣

I love your current colour but the others will be good on your skin tone too.

Do you tie your hair up much and would you still want to? I went to chin length layered bob thungumy and love it but it's annoying when I want it out of the way.

I think both the pics you added will be shorter than you were aiming for? But looks like you fancy a lot of layers so maybe similar style but grown down a bit?

This is my favourite cut - if I didn't have curls I'd go for it.
