hi - at the moment am using an on line colour- a demi as i want to stop permanent dye use at hairdressers.
they have sent me a new shade which is changing from copper red base 7 to copper ash base 7
from the chart the latter has a lot of base 7 , then a small amount of copper with a v small amount of blue / ash
the other shade was about half base 7 , and the rest a mix if copper and red
on the packet it said please note your colour will be slightly darker than your previous one - i rang them to check and they said it will be 10 % darker.
if its base 7 for both- which i understood to be the depth of colour - and both dyes are on a base 7 - why is the second one darker?
also is 10% darker a small or significant things hairwise please? Ive done the strand test but it didnt seem to work . I can send a pic?! Thanks
