I’ve just left the M&S changing rooms and I feel like a need a large, stiff drink. The lighting and the all-angle mirrors made it look like I had a big sack of spuds stuffed in each thigh and each buttock. Maybe my backside has been like that for years, DH ( probably wisely) muttered a few reassuring platitudes and changed the subject.

Has anyone found anything that helps with cellulite? I’m not overweight ( BMI 21) but could probs lose a couple of pounds, I generally eat low carb and I go to the gym- although I’m a bit half-hearted with that at the moment. I’m on HRT and feel great on that.

I’ve not tried any lotions, potions or body-brushing. Any advice welcome on stuff to try - I will obviously avoid M and S changing rooms.

I seriously just screen wipe my brain from what I see in some changing rooms. I don't look like that at home, in daylight or photograph. My WTF moment was TK MAXX but honestly fluorescent lighting shows the very lumpy, bumpy, dimpled, veined and porridge textured of anyone!

You may well be right- I rarely try things on in shops any more, so the whole rear-view fluoro light thing was a shock!
