What to wear for a gig?

I havnt been to one for years - it’s a tribute band so nothing exciting - what do people wear for stuff like this now?

would love picture examples if possible

Short answer would be something comfy!
Do you have a table/seats or would you be standing/dancing the whole time? What genre of music is it? Heavy metal/country/house would likely change what I'd wear. Is it at a large concert type place, or a small pub scene?
I'm mid 40's, so pending the above answers, would wear jeans, comfy shoes, nice blouse/top and strong bra- especially if dancing and excessive boob wobble was on the cards 😂

I’m going to a gig soon (pop rock type band) and planning on wearing either black skinny jeans or my new baggy frayed hem jeans (more on trend) silvery racer style vest from zara and either biker boots or some studded black trainers I have (a bit fancier than normal trainers)

You will find most people to be dressed very casually, jeans and trainers.

Last gig I went to (also tribute band) I wore a short black dress and boots.
