Lightweight, loose fitting/barrel leg, cropped joggers?

I don't know if that's too much to hope for in one item, but does anyone know of it exists? I dealt a stretchy knit, like sweatshirt/hoody material. I found one pair that's pretty good but it's too expensive.

Thanks@IthinkIamAnAlien (are you?!). Kind of. I'll look at the further. But I'm more hoping for terry, loop back cotton, like these... but not as pricey. They hit at my lower calf cropped, whereas as the ones in your link are upper calf capri's.

The material is v thin and the fit is really loose and swishy.
