Facial hair removal and acne. Help!

I posted a few months back asking for facial hair removal tips. I'm in my late 30's and the joy of early menopause has led to lots of wispy, almost white hairs on my chin, along my jawline and my upper lip. There's too many to tweeze them out individually, it's more like downy fluff than hairs you can pull out. It's tricky for me to get out to appointments due to my working hours and childcare so need a DIY solution.

Based on recommendations I recieved I tried the flawless finishing touch and one of those springy things from Amazon but both broke me out in horrendous spots on my chin and along my upper and lower lip lines which I am now really struggling to get rid off.

Has anyone found an effective facial hair removal method that is safe to use with acne prone skin? I was so happy initially as the flawless finishing touch worked a treat and I felt my old confidence coming back but then the horrible spots appeared and I feel worse than ever😫

I know lots of people on the previous thread recommended dermablading but I'm scared this is going to cause the same issue.
