Best shampoo and conditioner for coloured hair

Specifically ash and some blonde hair that always goes a brassy gingery chestnut hue.

My hairdresser has told me he doesn't want to hear me whinge about the tone in my hair if I'm not caring for it properly . I consider myself told so I want to buy the good stuff.
