Eyeliner pencil that stays put

I have used the No7 Eyeliner pencil in brown for many years but the last month or so I have noticed it migrates to my under eye area by around lunchtime. I have tried the Clarins pencil before but didn't like it.
Any recommendations for a pencil that I can use on my lower lash line?

Avon Glimmerstick. Try shade Cosmic Brown

I always recommend these, they glide on smoothly, good strong colour and don't shift all day.

I like Mac kohl in coffee and Victoria Beckham in cocoa.

The best thing I’ve found for stopping it transferring is a layering a light layer of brown eyeshadow just below the lash line

Or above the lash line depending on where it is migrating from!

The VB will have to wait until I travel to London as I don't fancy a £15 postage fee.
The Mac and Urban Decay are both on Boots so I will give Mac a try first.

Well it turns out it wasn't the eyeliner migrating but the mascara!
Old mascara ditched and the Surratt mascara has stayed put on the lashes today.
I also picked up the Mac liner so will give that a try tomorrow.
