Help me find hat with elasticised chin strap In an actual store

I urgently (today) need to find a wide brim hat with a chin strap. Going on holiday tomorrow and burn like crazy. Lost my old one :-( currently right around the corner from Oxford street so hoping my chances aren’t too low! TIA

I'd buy one at the destination. A bit early for wide brimmed Summer hats here I'd say!

Anyway, just to mention that I too like a chin strap but they are hard to find. I got a great foldable straw hat in Primark last year, no strap, but I threaded some fine elastic through the holes and it's worked out great. I also wound a light colourful scarf around the edges at the brim to make it look ahem, sophisticated lol.

You could give Primark a go if you are OK with that shop. And why not?

Thanks! Really wanted a straw one. I did buy a primarks one as back up but I’m going somewhere windy hence needing the elastic and not easy to buy stuff. Silly me forgot to order one. Thanks for the link @ADoggyDogWorld id have to check if the brim is wide enough. Last year my whole neck burnt and looked a different colour to my face because the hat wasn’t wide enough brim. Oh I was a sight to behold …

Yes, buy some thin elastic and sew it in two places onto the brim. Seem to remember doing this to hats in Ye Olden Days.

next have one online, might be worth checking in store. Billabong have a great cloth hat with a chin strap.

Or buy a regular one and poke a hole on each side and thread a scarf or elastic through and tie.
