Hello!
Let me just preface this by saving I've never kept up with fashions so I have little more that a basic knowledge.
Spent my 20's in skinny jeans, vest top, and a cardigan.
Spent most of my 30's in whatever was to hand because I had kids and had health issues.
Kids are older now, I'm well again, 40 is looming, I'm perimenopausal and I'm fed up of feeling like I look shit.
I want to start building a new wardrobe but a thoughtful one and not just 'oh that will do'.
I am 6'1", size 10/12, so I'm limited to buying from tall ranges,.
I recently had an interview, I wore wide leg trousers with a loose fit, fine knit top, with a knee length cardigan over the top and felt really comfortable and confident in it.
I've always liked the layered, sort of hippy/counsellor, look but I don't know where to start.
Anyway, if anyone could help start me off with a link or even a proper descriptor for the style I like I can Google it myself. 😁
Thank you.
