Hi, what's a reasonable price for this?

Hi,

I'm a seamstress specialising in upcycling. I've embellished an old worn out jacket, in the photographs. Fixed the seams, added the design etc. The design I created according to the client's idea of "floral" but it's hand crafted by myself. It took a fair amount of time.

What would you deem a good price for that?
Don't worry - I did give the client a price, she's paid it too, I'm just casting out to people on this forum who love their style!

Demographically, we're Derbyshire/Yorkshire.

Can't tell from the pictures. Is the design embroidery, beads, fabric paint?

How much did the materials cost and how long did it take you?

It's not to my taste at all so I won't give you a price based on what I'd pay for it but have you covered your costs and made a reasonable profit?

What brand is it even though you've up cycled it

Nonewclothes2024 · 12/03/2024 02:22

How many hours did it take you?
