"Cool" SPF for pre teen DD

Like so many pre-teens, DD is now into her skincare! I've been quite strict about what she can use - simple products, no actives etc. She's got a balm cleanser and a Bubble moisteriser but I've said I'll get her an SPF for daily wear. Bubble doesn't do one it turns out. I'm not buying Drunk Elephant. I need a brand that is appropriate for a pre teen's skin, but also one that she will consider suitably cool. I don't think my usual Boots one is going to do it for her! Grin.

What are your preteens/teens using?

Hmm. This brand does a sunscreen for tweens https://www.spots-and-stripes.com/product/sun-squad/ but it’s mineral rather than chemical - safer but might block pores/irritate if used daily. I suspect it’s intended for holidays more than daily use.

Best Sunscreen For Teenagers - SPF 30 Sensitive Skin | Face - Spots & Stripes

This has to be one of the best sunscreens for teenage faces! Our Eco-sunscreen was formulated to be the best anti-blemish sunscreen for teenage skin.

Aveeno or La Roche Posay?

Cetaphil Daily Defence is spf 50, designed for sensitive skin and I’ve seen it in tutorials online on TikTok and YouTube

I really recommend it as a product in general too!
