Socks that don't slip down or squeeze swollen ankles

Anyone got any recommendations please?

My ankles are swollen (BP meds) and my socks constantly slip off my heel into my shoes (whatever I wear).

I just want comfy socks! Preferably not synthetic as my feet lean towards the sweaty side.

Thanks in advance 💐

Google diabetic socks. They come in extra wide and have a ‘soft grip’ to prevent damage.

I'm using these but they will compress your ankles. They are available in different materials. What medical advice have you had if your ankles are v swollen? It seems odd not to use compression stockings/socks to reduce the swelling and make yourself more comfortable? I don't have high BP though

Dr just says it's a known side effect of the meds. I could try and alternative med but it works and this is the only issue so I have gone along with it. They're not massively swollen, just a bit but enough to make socks annoying!
Stupidly I hadn't thought of men's socks - I'll try!

I always wear Bridgedale walking socks for similar reasons. They are expensive but go on forever and you can often get seconds from Ebay.
