Looking to the wise folk on here for book recommendations to help me navigate my daughter’s confidence.
very recently she has started commenting on her body re size, etc.
She’s 11.
Don’t want to make this a lengthy post but I think we’re doing all the right things at home, I just feel a wee bit unsure how to navigate the dialogue when she makes comments like ‘I’m fat..’ etc. (she’s definitely not)
