Clothes?
I dunno, we'll need a little bit more to go on. What do you like to wear? When is it? What have you got that you might wear?

Emmaaa1990 · 01/03/2024 18:24

Usually something black as then hen would normally go white no? That's what I'd go for

ApolloandDaphne · 01/03/2024 18:25

When i see hendo i think of Kendo and imagine people fighting with sticks!

I imagine that's not what you are going to. If it is a hen do then i would imagine a dress and heels might be appropriate? Or trousers and a top? Or whatever you like really.

I thought ‘hendo’ was an obscure Japanese cultural practice until I saw the bottomless brunch bit.

EspressoMacchiato · 01/03/2024 18:27

What’s a hendo?

Kirstykitty · 01/03/2024 18:38

She means hen do.

OP, I like these outfits for a day time hen do. Obviously change the white pieces to a different colour ❤️

A Hendo? An Ajax shirt would be your best option. A Liverpool shirt will just make him cry and I believe he's not too keen on rainbow laces either.

Im so uncultured I had to Google 'bottomless brunch'.
I was thinking you were all going to be like Winnie the Pooh! LOL😆

I though it was a special tasting session for Henderson's Sauce 😂

But OP, smart casual sounds like the dress code here. It's not in the evening so not too dressy but as it's an occasion you need to look like you've made a bit of an effort (ie not a scruffy tracksuit). It also depends on what your social group usually wears - are they no-make outdoorsy types or full face latest fashion types? The level of 'smart casual' would vary a lot. I'm a no make leggings type so for smart casual I wear one of my Popsy dresses and some lipstick as, for me, that looks like I've made an effort.
