Any hairdressers about?

I have brown hair and had some highlights recently that look awful. What shade of brown box dye could you recommend please?

Anyone?

Firstly, if the highlights are not what you asked for in terms of colour then honestly you should go back to the salon and get them to tone it down. You paid for a service and they should correct it. Was it done at your usual hairdresser, did they do a strand test to see how well your hair lifted, did you take in a photo of what you were looking for? And yes they are able to isolate the highlighted sections of your hair to address it. I am not a hairdresser but do have my hair coloured every 6 weeks and have done for 30 years.

If you are not happy doing that then of course you can put a box dye on, I would suggest matching in to the overall base colour of your hair, always, always do a patch test before using a box dye.
