Best Sports Bra?

Can anyone recommend a really good sports bra? Nothing I have at the moment is right and I’m sick of being shredded!

I’m somewhere between a 30F and 32E and have lost a lot of volume since pregnancy/breastfeeding two babies so they’re a bit ‘meh’ but definitely need support (perhaps more so than when I was a G/H tbh!).

I’m incredibly sensitive to anything that might rub and find underwires unbearable.

I run and mountain bike so need something fairly high impact.

My previous favourite was Panache but it doesn’t seem to suit me now - neither wired nor underwired. I’ve been through a variety of Shock Absorbers but they just seem to get crispy and scratchy very quickly.

I have 4 Shock Absorber Ultimate Fly bras which I have been wearing for 3+ years

But I have been looking at this one as a replacement soon as they are a bit stiff

I'm similar size to you (28F/30E) and also used to love the Panache sports bras. I like Shock Absorber Fly too. I've recently been converted to the M&S zip front sports bra. It's really comfy and supportive and easy to get on and off. I recommend trying a few on though. I was assuming I would need the the 32dd (because they don't come in a 30" back and I prefer to size up in the band for sports bras anyway as they're often tighter than normal bras and I hate my ribs being constricted when I run) but actually the 32d was a better fit.

That looks good @Chocolateteabag .
Similar to the M&S zip bra. Amazing price but the reviews make me worry about ordering the right size.

the only ones I buy now are elomi - great support without just squeezing them to my chest.

I really like Maree. They are pricy and I wait for a sale but they are worth it for me. They will do a free online fitting too. I prefer solidarity to battle and I think battle is underwired so probably not for you anyway. They definitely hold the ladies in place.

I’m now wondering about getting a BooBuddy band (which I always thought was really stupid because ‘why can’t you just wear a sports bra that fits’ - because I hate them all apparently!). And wearing it with a tight seamless crop top. My hatred for all things scratchy and tight is only getting worse as I age!

I like the sweaty betty zero gravity bras, great support and a really smooth, comfortable fit. I don’t get on with sports bras with complicated fasteners or ones that go over your head!

Has anyone bought a shock absorber since champion took over? I bought 2 in the sale at Xmas and one is chafing. I've worn s a for years, through 2 pregnancies and bf and they've always been perfect.

Just compared it to my sa from 2 years ago, same size, and it's different. I feel all at sea. I have to think about when I'm running, worrying about my boobs.
