What's the best solution/treatment for sun spots on face?

I have several sunspots on my face - I've tried Skin & Me and various things but it doesn't appear to be improving. I wear 50spf either plain or under foundation and have done daily for 5 months.

But I wonder if something like laser or a peel would do more? Any thoughts?

I saw a dermatologist for medical grade skincare which has made a real impact

You need something with hydroquinone in, that is what reduces the appearance of hyper pigmentation/melasma.

I tried skin+me and it didn't reduce it either.

I've moved to dermatica and have my prescription to 0.025% tretinoin and 4% hydroquinone.

Maybe move over to this. Or skin+me may change your prescription if you contact them.

I use this one but you may need a dermatologist to prescribe it for you https://www.skinstation.co.uk/brands/shop-by-brand/obagi-medical/?gadsource=1&gclid=CjwKCAiAivGuBhBEEiwAWiFmYS4zZ58ppLYokCiNQHQqGThy5OcaIhEqnfuialfhpifH2SVPFdrlRoCn9gQAvDDBwE
