What do you wear under foundation for a dewy finish?

Hi all,

The title says it all really! I was watching a video yesterday and the lady applying had a beautiful glow to her skin before even putting on the foundation and it looked lovely. What can I do to achieve the glow? I don't use anything under my make up at present and any primers I've tried have done nothing. Any ideas please 😊

I use Charlotte tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter and then Nude Glow It Cosmetics Cc cream.

Looks like you can still get Becca primer on Amazon. I had a small tube of it must have been in an advent calender from a couple of years ago . Just by chance I had used it the other day and thought I quite like this. I know I had used it in the past too.
If you go for a beauty treatment what do they put on your skin before you leave. I had some kind of exfoliation once and never found anything as good as the moisturiser they put on before you leave. Gives a really glass like look.
