Hairdressers- advice needed!!! (pics included)

Okay so I've attached a pic of my current hair COLOUR and a pic of the hair COLOUR I'd like.

I have had highlights last year but only veeeerrrry subtle and it kind just have an all over lightened look rather than the kind of "stripe" effect on the pic I have attached which I really love.

The questions I have are -

-Will this work on my hair?

-What do I need to ask for?

-Will the heat damage/ dry my hair?

-What can I do to avoid damage?

Any other tips/ advice

That was meant to say with the BLEACH damage my hair, not heat. Sorry! X

Totally achievable. To lessen damage ask for an Olaplec treatment in with it. I'd advise two lightening sessions 6 weeks apart to minimise heavy damage to your hair bht you should be that light within two sessions and two toners.
