Where to buy bikini for holiday in three weeks

I am going to Thailand in mid March and need a few new bikinis. All I can see online are really either really expensive, so talking £40 or £50 just for top or bottoms. Alternatively there are multiple ads for shein like shops with appalling reviews. Does anyone have any recommendations? I am in my 50s and size 14/16. Thank you!

I love cupshe bikinis and swimsuits! Try and get the sale ones, I don't think I've ever bought one full price. Im a 14 and prefer their non underwired ones as they don't cut into my back.

Pigeon257 · 18/02/2024 08:53

Next usually has them at non-summer times of year. Lots of different brands too.

dementedpixie · 18/02/2024 08:54

Belle lingerie sells separates as I like an underwired bikini top and then buy a plain bikini bottom.

Cup she is great. Also on vinted you might find some new ones with tags

Nitgel · 18/02/2024 08:57

Brandalley are useful for this. I bought a bought a couple from whistles.

TheMildManneredMilitant · 18/02/2024 08:57

You could try outdoor/fitness type brands - Decathlon and Cotswold Outdoor seem to have some even out of season

Bohemond23 · 18/02/2024 08:58

I am 50s and buy my swimwear from Vinted. All Boden.

Onelifeonly · 18/02/2024 08:58

Go yo your local shopping centre and have a look round? I was in mine the other day and plenty of summer clothes, including bikinis, there. You even get to try them on and assess the quality...... (I do buy online but only for things I know will be right for me, so much easier to actually be present....but guess I'm old.)

decionsdecisions62 · 18/02/2024 08:59

TK max has some

I have seen a few I like on cup she but then read the reviews and was put off. How did you find them in terms of quality and delivery times?

I like Boden swimwear, good material that doesn't go thin, and holds in the right places. They have a good selection too

Candleabra · 18/02/2024 09:01

M&S has some nice swimwear in at the moment.

Teachin · 18/02/2024 09:01

Boden swimwear has been incredible recently f you dont need cupsizes

Dorsetlover · 18/02/2024 09:01

I love Pour Moi for swimwear. I normally buy one pieces and the quality is super. It looks like they have nice bikinis too.

Teachin · 18/02/2024 09:02

Next ofc has all the brands too

TinaCx · 18/02/2024 09:03

Try Debenhams online. They have great sales too. Figleaves is another place.

Thank you. I was looking at the Freya rang on the M and S website but the sizing is odd . Don't explain how the S M L relates to UK Sizing

With freya, m=12, l=14 and xl=16. I think most of the tops are cup sized. I’ve found them slightly small on the tops, but true to size on the bottoms

mynameiscalypso · 18/02/2024 09:33

I rate ASDA swimwear

Cupshe. I've bought several over the years and all great quality and flattering.

BringMeTea · 18/02/2024 10:14

Just want to say how envious I am! You will have a wonderful time. And yes M&S or Vinted.
