Petite black trousers for a 50 year old

Finding it hard to locate a black pair of trousers that don’t look frumpy. Petite length, size 10. Anyone bought any recently that can post a link? Please. I’d much appreciate it. 😁

Reiss and Hobbs have a good selection of petites. I have Reiss cropped Hayley trousers, I think they also made a full length one in petite.

Yes, I am very short and have had success with Reiss, Hobbs and Boden petite.

Sometimes Next also, but have to accept way poorer quality.

M&S are meant to have short lengths but they're often completely out of stock, or fit terribly around the crotch area because they're too high waisted and haven't been adjusted.

Sometimes New Look and River Island petite can be surprisingly good. Whistles petite tend to be a disappointment in terms of price/quality.

Yes I accidentally bought a pair of black cropped wide leg from White Stuff, perfect full length on my 5ft frame.

Only realised they were cropped when chatting with the lady serving me!

I can't see them on the website now but have just seen White Stuff do petite sizes and there are a couple of black wide legged trousers available . Mine were about £65 and a good weight fabric.

Thankyou everyone for the responses, I have ordered from white stuff, I’ve bought tops from them in the past, did not know they had a petite range. No doubt I will order from the other shops mentioned at some point. Thankyou to everyone for the suggestions. 😀
