BIAB - risk of allergy?

So I’ve decided to start making an effort with my nails and have booked an appointment in a couple of weeks to get BIAB after reading how it helps nails grow and seeing photos of how good it looks. However I’ve read about how people are getting allergies to this, even if done by an experienced nail tech, and it can affect future dental work, surgeries etc. Does anyone know common these allergies are and if it’s worth the risk? Otherwise I’ll just stick to normal nail polish and have to redo it every few days. Gel nail polish has ruined by nails so that isn’t an option anymore.

I would look at the stick on gel wraps tbh. Some don't need to be cured by a lamp.

I got BIAB done recently. It lasted a long time - almost 4 weeks but my nails now are in awful condition since having it removed.
