Oh I love that, I have a very similar one. I wear it styled as is, ie sandals , both high or low, or with white leather trainers, depends on where I’m wearing it,

I have these, I find them more flattering than my stan smiths for wearing with dresses or skirts, as the tongue is shorter. So they are neater on my feet. Something plain leather and this sort of shape works.

I would too. Or closed toe espadrilles or ballet flats. I might, if I were wearing a baggy jumper or cardigan, wear it with flat laced ankle boots. Don't see why it couldn't be worn for work.

I wouldn't wear strappy high heels or trainers.
