Eveningwear for a 13 year old girl

HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!
Where on earth can I find glam evening dress for a 13 year old girl. Not too sexy but young and modern without losing the glam factor. DD is 5 foot 4 and size 8 with a fair skin and blonde hair. She sings and needs an outfit for "caberet" type performances. Any ideas very greatfully received.

I don't know anything about 13 year-old girls, but I hate to show too much flesh and find that Monsoon have some lovely evening dresses. (saying that I don't know anything about young and modern either, sorry)
