Advice for natural skin care

Hey all, I am looking for some advice on what sort of skin care I need as I haven't got a clue. When I was a teen/young woman I used simple soap and Nivea and that was it. Things are so overwhelming now and I'm going around in circles.

I'm 45. Never suffered acne or anything. Currently in hrt so had the very occasional spot. In ginger with fair freckled skin. Not especially greasy or dry but last year I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and have to wear a cpap mask every night. This is leaving my skin feeling a little tender occasionally and at times, dry/red/irritated. I have been using Vaseline on my lips every night to prevent cracking but I've just suddenly realised it's a petroleum byproduct and now I'm looking for alternatives .

So I want to look after my skin in the hope that I will help ease the minor side effects and I'm not especially wrinkly etc. I would even say that my skin is really quite good but my under eyes are getting a little crepey. I don't wear make up. And I need a really good natural lip balm.

Thank you to anybody that can feel they can help me. Oh, and budget is around 30 a month but could possibly be stretched for something amazing.

The best lip balm I've ever used is Nuxe Rive De Miel . The original honey version in a small pot . It's about £13 from Marks and Spencer. It truly keeps my lips soft while out in all weathers and the pot lasts for ages . For skin if you want completely natural I use avocado oil every night . Not greasy but very comfortable on my face . It can usually be found in Tkmaxx for around a fiver . I've used it for years . No nasties and completely natural.

Burt's Bees make nice beeswax based lip balms they do both tinted and plain balms, can be found in Boots, Holland and Barrett and sometimes in Asda and B&M.

A small business called Scence make nice vegan lip balms out of butters and oils and the balms are packaged in a sturdy cardboard tube packaging.

I agree with @Vicliz24 oil works well as a moisturizer, I use almond oil coconut oil or avocado oil as moisturizer and cleanser most of the time.

Apart from plain oils I like the eye and face cream from Heavenly Organics, made in Wales.
