Help me find… a dress like this (with pic!)

Good morning! can anyone please help me find a dress very similar to this one? It needs sleeves, ideally short sleeves. Don’t want a stiff collar, I like the blousey collar look. Above or below the knee is okay, but not super short. Any colour combos but in this same vibe!

I would also have said keep an eye on Alemais.

Zimmerman might be worth a browse.

Or Farm Rio at a lower price point - though theirs are likely to be linen or cotton rather than silk.

Last year Zara had some silky skirt and shirt co-ords in bold prints a couple of years ago - might be worth searching on EBay or vinted?

seeing as you’re all turning up some lovely dresses - this would be perfect if the fabric were a bit lighter. I’m after that woven silk type fabric… not too stiff but not too silky either?! Does it have a name?
